Harvest time is finally here! .. What a year it has been with the excess rain 🌧️ early in the season, the heat ☀️ , and the DEER!🦌 Nature has took its turn on our crop this year..but we still have a few things to offer for you 🙌 Come check us out as we are excited to have fresh baked bread, 🍞 cookies 🍪,blueberry jam 🫐, and maple syrup! 🍁 In addition to our lovely produce of cauliflower, green & anaheim peppers 🫑, zucchini & crookneck squash, colossal kohlrabi, and fresh garlic 🧄!
We are excited for another year, despite a few bumps in the road, our faith remains strong! 🙏

This time of year is always so crazy busy but oh so rewarding! Between starting seeds, tilling, and planting there isn’t much time for rest! Our gardens are beginning to sprout and flourish!

We are so very excited to harvest our first crop of the year, GARLIC SCAPES! The scapes are an extension from the center of the garlic bulb, making a way for the plant to produce seeds. If you harvest the scapes before the seeds form, you’re left with a sweet, garlicky like spring of goodness! They are delicious fried with butter, salt, and pepper - as a side dish or try them chopped up and added to many dishes!

They are available at the stand for $3.00 a pound! Come down and try some Garlic Scapes!

🌱 The garlic has officially sprouted despite the mild winter and crazy start to spring. It’s amazing how resilient it can be! Hoping to have garlic scapes available this year for you all to try around mid June! 🌱 ❄️ ☀️

Fall is officially here and the crops are slowly coming to an end 🍁 🍂

It is bittersweet to announce that we will be shutting down our stand for the season on Monday, October 2nd! 🎃

We thank you all so much for the continuous support, friendships, prayers, and appreciation for the gardens and it’s fruit! 🍈🥒🧄🥬

We still have lots of tomatoes, peppers, squash, and more available through the weekend! 🍅🫑🍉
