We are experiencing a high call volume for 1-bedroom units. The waitlist for the 1 bedroom is open and is about a year's wait. The waitlist for the 2 bedroom is closed. All utilities are included in the rent except for phone and cable. There is a $100 application fee (credit and background check required) and a $300 move in administrative fee, which are non-refundable.
