The Catalyst
Our mission is to help Veterans and their families carry over their success from the military to the civilian space through strategic corporate partnerships.
The Catalyst was the brainchild of Capt. Daniel Hance, developed during his own struggles with transitioning into the civilian space. He continued to nurture the idea through his various corporate roles, fine-tuning the program through years of experience. He learned from his own mentors and made the right connections along the way. In 2017, Daniel took the leap and launched The Catalyst.

There are Americans going to bed tonight excited for the weekend, looking forward to spring break or worried about the excel spreadsheet that is due tomorrow.
There are Americans going to bed tonight worried about their families, or their brothers and sisters in arms, those deploying to Europe to support the Russian opposition. Those who are well aware this is more than an attack on Ukraine and the world will never be the same. That we, as Americans will be pulled into another war and realize how lucky we will be if we, as a nation, can come out relatively unscathed.
And this, my friends, is why the civilian/military divide is so vast.
