Nowadays when discarding trash, there’s two bins. One - traditional trash can. I’m done with it and it’s time to trash it. Most of the time that’s where the items belong. No good. Through with it. No more use right now.

Then there’s that second bin which says recycle. You still have to discard the item but you’re doing it with the intent that the item can possibly be used down the road at a later date.

That’s how I want you to see leads that can’t buy today -,they’re not trash they just need to be recycled. Future use. You have to have vision, patience, process, and more patience. But things do evolve and become something different over time.

Credit gets better.

Jobs give raises.

Down payments are secured

Approvals are awarded and

Homes are purchased.

A real good follow up process keeps you top of mind while they work on what’s needed before they purchase that home.
