πͺ‘β¨Ta da! A new completed embroidery
My "quick little bunny" that ended up being the most detailed and time consuming piece I've done in a while...π¬
But I love him! I love the colors, the texture, the little felted smoke. I'm quite proud.

Mini embroideries turned into bookmarks!
I'm starting to stock up for some in person markets later this year and I think these will be a great addition. All hand stitched by me, a person who is real (cough, cough, no AI).
All secured in a pendant settings with either a lovely green or black velvet ribbon and little leaf charm on the other end.

Look, I can do something other than bugs! π
πͺ‘Hand embroidered, no AI here.
I am obsessed with how these little skulls turned out. I imagine they are a couple and this is their version of matching painted portraits.

Still happily on the bug train π
This one is a 3D ghostly silk moth hand embroidered on chiffon then stitched to a base black velvet fabric.
I hastily made a choice to stipple black dots on a small section on a bottom wing and then had to live with that decision for the rest of the wings...π«© But I think it was necessary for the end result.

Another completed bug ππͺ‘πͺ²
This one is another very rare bug, a blue cicada. The blue color is caused by a genetic mutation which leads to their rareness.
I used gold metallic thread and chiffon fabric to mimic their iridescent, mostly translucent wings. π§ Peep the lovely shadow it's creating on the top right wing.
