Our breads contain Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil. Before COVID-19 changed everything, our products would normally be accessible at our local Farmer’s Market. Currently, we are offering a delivery o
ption, which is available with a minimum order of $9 + $3 delivery fee. Place your order by 12nn on Thursdays so we can plan and bake accordingly.

KneadS is a home-based, woman-own small business run by a husband and wife team, Grant and Joanna. It first offered flatbread and rolls in Summer 2015 at the Downtown Farmers' Market of Manhattan. Our goal is to provide homemade and fresh bread to our patrons. Our breads are made from scratch the day of or the day before any given Market day. What we offer:
Flatbread
1. Traditional, a.k.a White or Plain. If you haven't tried any of our items this is a good start. Traditional is one of the most versatile flatbread we have. Create your own personal pizza within 10 minutes, Top it with slice tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese and bake it for 425 degrees. You'll be creating more options in no time.
2. Whole Wheat- The healthy counter-part of our Traditional Flatbread. Well loved by Whole Grain enthusiast.
3. Sriracha- It's Traditional meets Hot and Spicy! If you like hot stuff, Sriracha is your match.
4. Curry- Hurry to meet Curry! It's Traditional goes International. We'll take you places you've never been to right in your own kitchen.
5. ***NEW*** Whole Wheat Sesame Ginger- Whole Wheat Flatbread combined with Asian flavors. Pan de Sal/ Dinner Rolls/ Bread Rolls- these are soft white rolls you can enjoy anytime of day. In the Philippines, Pan de Sal are enjoyed for breakfast with a hot cup of coffee. You can also use them with your burgers or pulled pork sliders. Don't forget they are perfect dinner rolls for the entire family. Tortilla is also a type of flatbread that is known from Mexico and other culture might call them differently. The difference between our Flatbread and Tortilla is the leavening agent. We use baking powder as our leavening agent for Tortilla and yeast for our Flatbread. If you read the ingredient list on each of our product labels you will find that the basic ingredients we use on them are flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar and extra virgin olive oil. Our breads are egg -free, dairy-free and we do not add any preservatives. Thank you for your continuous support.
