HLM seeks to encourage state legislators to vote for pro-education policies while in office and educate young voters about higher education issues.

Higher Learning Movement is a non-partisan student-led organization that is dedicated to increasing the student voice in state politics by mobilizing grassroots movements and winning key victories for student initiatives.
