One of our last nights living in the city before a big move (stay tuned!), so we had to go to one of our FAVE spots ! When you’re in NYC, trust me & order the sausage & peppers (no toast), Italian guacamole (with veggies), truffle gnocchi, spicy lobster rigatoni & chicken parm pizza (I just have a bite of each of the last few!). Outrageous. 🍽❤️🥰

18 years ago today, we lost my dad. It feels surreal. I remember his voice and his laugh and most of his jokes. He was the ringleader - the host of the party everyone wanted to attend. I miss him and I love him. He’d be so happy to know that I’m so happy. Hug your dad if you’re lucky enough to have him here. I wish I could hug mine. ❤️

My mom’s best friend Boni sent red cashmere sweaters to us (me, my fiancé & my bro ) for Christmas because they reminded her of the red sweater my dad used to wear every Christmas Eve. Then she asked for a pic of “her sons.” I’m not crying, you’re crying. 🥰

There’s nothing like hanging out in your own backyard. When I was a kid, I’d always roll my eyes when my dad would beg, “Rocky (he always called me Rocky), come sit outside with me.” It’s one of my biggest regrets. I wish I would’ve more. Because I get it now - it’s all about pride. And I take great pride in sitting in the backyard now with my love . If your dad’s still around, go hang with him for a bit. ❤️
