Bad Uncle Designs

Hello. This is a story about customer service and most of all, pivoting.
When my client contacted me about laser engraving his ch*****ne flutes for his wedding, I was last one in a long line of people he contacted that either ghosted him, said yes and then wouldn't return calls, or flat out said no. I said that was BS and let's take a look as to why. Well my friends, it turns out they are 180.00 hand blown flutes. Well needless to say I found out why. Yours truly wasn't going to engrave them either but I wasn't about to let him down either. I said while these are quite beautiful, they are one of a kind pieces that have an inconsistent wall and I was guaranteeing him that I would ruin them. I pivoted and I offered him to let me print on them! This too was not easy and almost told him I could not do it but I persisted. He agreed and was super happy with how they turned out. I hope to have him return. These are the best images I had because at this point, I didn't want to drop it for a pic.

A few hats we did at our latest show. Being able to do custom on-site engraving is probably the most fun and the customers seem to love it but jeez I need to learn to take more pics. 😂.
Even these UV printed hats were ordered because I was able to take a Saturday order, work it Saturday night and return Sunday.

Come out eat, drink, and come see me to get a hat! Bring your logo, I am laser engraving right on the spot.

It’s not too early to start Christmas, right? We are beginning to UV print these solar lanterns for the season. Have an idea? Let's talk!
