And that's a wrap on the inaugural Marathon Sports - up this morning before the sun, but not the birds! A final cold and rainy 5-ish mile trail run at Mt. Greylock, back to camp for a final breakfast and goodbyes, and then back home with some door prizes, camp merch, feeling cooler than ever in my Craft Sportswear Dirt Camp hoodie and sunnies, and enjoying some warm CLOUDLINE TEA on this dreary day, reflecting on memories and a new outlook I hope to carry with me for the next two years! Traveling the world next September, but I'll be back in 2028!

For me it's long sleeves even in summer. And I'm totally comfortable.

Aid station #4, represent! My third volunteer shift is in the books! This time at the Ragged 75 Stage Race and 50k - watching these ultra athletes compete, some for the third day in a row, was so inspiring. This was the longest day. And you did it you guys! So proud of you. Thanks Tom Hooper and Colleen for letting me volunteer again and Ashley Major for coming along and kicking ass at the aid station. And to our new friend Cleo (and Pepper!) for jumping in and helping. Couldn't have done it without you girl!
Sundae was the absolute best camp dog I could have asked for. And not for nothing. The baseball field at Sunapee Middle High was super cozy. Highly recommend!
(I have no idea what Dave did but I'm sure he is besodden with regret.)
