Welp. It's cold once again and I'm just sitting here dreaming about Spring weather as I finally edit these photos of my girl.

I've been asked if I still do photography and the answer is yes! I took some time off from advertising because we bought a new home, my husband needed to focus on college graduation, and we welcomed another assistant - a sweet baby boy! I'm still very much glued to my camera. Here are a few sessions since the last time I posted! A masters degree, thirtieth wedding anniversary, second birthday, lots of high school seniors, and just simple family moments.

I know it's probably surprising that my favorite college professor wasn't a photographer, but Ms.Watkins didn't play around. If you know me, you aren't surprised that I was a very serious student which made her class heaven for me. She always said, "when I get married I'm hiring you for photography". Well...here we are 5 years later on her wedding day! I loved seeing her so happy! Congratulations Mrs. Roberts! 😉

I have been anxiously waiting to edit these photos from the second my finger clicked that button!! This session was SO much fun and this is probably one of the best (and highest) jumping photos I have ever captured! Mommin' ain't easy!!

Often time kids are, well, kids! And that is totally ok! They don't always want to willingly participate, smile, or even look at the camera. I don't give up that easily! Some of my favorite moments are just capturing clients engaged with their little ones. Yes, dogs are kids too! ;)
