I'm excited to start teaching progressive strength training classes after a few years of my own deep dive into it. This hour-long class will repeat compound lifts over the weeks, alongside a yoga-inspired warmup and cool down. Perfect for low intensity central nervous system awareness and nourishment.

Today was such a good day for our Yoga, Indigo Dye, and Labyrinth Workshop.

Overcast and cool with a light wind, we explored yoga, natural dyeing, journaling, and connection with ourselves and the flowers. I'm so grateful for the attendees for weaving their stories and insights, and to my co-teacher, Linnea.

When I first met Linnea, as an employee on her CSA farm, she told me she wanted to teach yoga on her big wooden deck - so it was incredible to be a student today, while she did just that!!
