About 6 years ago I remember looking in the mirror one day and not recognizing who I was. I decided that it was time to begin taking care of myself. Over the course of the next 5 years I would gradually lose 100 pounds by diet alone. Now I begin phase 2 of my journey to build muscle, to shape and tone my body.
