Join us in celebrating Darrell K. Campbell Jr., who has been named Co-Chair of MyPath’s Race & Ethnicity Pathfinders !

In this leadership role, he will help promote cultural awareness, encourage diverse perspectives, and foster an environment where every employee feels respected, valued, and heard.

Darrell also serves as Regional Director for Homes for Independent Living (HIL), a MyPath Company. He oversees operations, supports employees, promotes quality services, and helps the individuals HIL serves achieve their highest possible level of independence.

Darrell believes an inclusive workplace begins with listening, learning, and creating opportunities for meaningful conversations. He is passionate about bringing people together through understanding, collaboration, and mutual respect. As a leader, he is committed to building a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace. He believes investing in employees creates stronger teams and better outcomes for the individuals and families MyPath serves.

Outside of work, Darrell enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his fraternity brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He also enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and seeking new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This spring, MyPath's DEI Director, Tenecia Waddell-Pyle, attended the Great Place To Work For All Summit – ERGx, an experience that provided valuable insights, meaningful connections, and affirmation around the future of employee resource groups (ERGs), belonging, and workplace culture.

One of the highlights of the event was Tenecia's Braindate discussion, "If Your ERGs Disappeared Tomorrow, What Would Change? A Lot! - Moving from Activity to Impact," which quickly filled and developed a waitlist.

The strong response reinforced an important takeaway: MyPath's intentional approach to building ERGs continues to align with, and help shape, the future of workplace culture, belonging, and employee engagement.

🎉 We're excited to announce that our new ABA Clinic in Hales Corners is open and accepting enrollments!

We're proud to welcome children and families from across Waukesha and Milwaukee counties to our newest clinic, expanding access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 18 months to 6 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Designed with learning, growth, and comfort in mind, the clinic features dedicated therapy spaces, family-friendly amenities, and thoughtfully designed environments that support individualized care.

Like our Brookfield clinic, the Hales Corners location focuses on helping children build foundational skills in communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, motor development, and daily living, empowering them to thrive at home, in school, and throughout their communities.

As a 100% employee-owned organization, we're proud to continue investing in services that help children reach their full potential while supporting families across southeastern Wisconsin.

MyPath's Generations and LGBTQ+ Pathfinders recently came together for an evening at the ballpark to celebrate Pride Night with the Milwaukee Brewers. 🌈⚾

After 34 years of dedicated service, we were proud to celebrate Nancy Ludin's retirement and the incredible impact she has had across MyPath.

Throughout her career, Nancy held a variety of leadership roles, growing from Accountant and Controller to Chief Accounting Officer and, most recently, serving as Finance Functional Lead, where she helped guide our Workday Finance operations.

Her journey reflects a remarkable commitment to continuous growth, innovation, and service.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nancy's leadership, mentorship, and dedication have positively influenced countless employee-owners and helped strengthen our organization for future generations.

Recently, family, friends, and coworkers gathered to celebrate Nancy's retirement with a fun 1980s-themed party filled with laughter, memories, and appreciation for her many contributions.
