Sophia and I met in 2024 while we were both studying Italian cooking in Calabria, Italy. It was our first day of culinary school when we both sat down next to each other, sharing both of our passions for coffee and cafes. It was evident that we were going to be lifelong friends. Sophia is also from the Midwest and has spent the last three years in the industry while developing her pastry craft under the name Morning Street Kitchen. We are so excited to collaborate and see her pastries come to life this weekend at Twisted Grounds!
