Have a small engine? Using regular gasoline with 10% ethanol? Well let me tell you this little fact most small engine will only last a couple years before the ethanol begins to damage the engine, you are then stuck with a $300 piece of plastic and metal. Why not spend a dollar more a gallon and get three times the amount of uses out of that equipment? Normally you buy 10 gallons of gas for your equipment thats only $10 more a year.

Once again today I am still looking for interest in this one of a kind never before used shed/workshop. It is perfect for the average handyman who just needs a place to work inside and store tools, or someone who wants to take this out to the lake. It is well built for an normally anything this size, this well built will sell for $3500-$4000 but today the price is $2500 and it will last.

Today I am proud to announce the first For Sale product Am setting the price at 2500 but the price is negotiable. This particular shed is built to last it was built with care. Everything was considered, the trim all around is screwed in, instead of nailed, the cedar shingles are stapled in with three points of contact instead of the traditional one. The lumber used was hand picked for quality. A major advantage to this building is there are little to no nails.
