Creative Grounds

Hello from the Glass family! We're thrilled to share that Creative Grounds will be opening its doors in beautiful Lyons, Colorado in early fall this year.

We established Creative Grounds in loving memory of our dear son and brother Christian, whose life was tragically taken in 2022. Christian was a gifted artist who lived for the flow of making. As a kid, he was endlessly creative, always building, drawing, or dreaming up his next project. This space is our way of honoring the joy and imagination he brought to everyone around him.

Creative Grounds is designed to be a true third space, a welcoming spot for our local community and for travelers passing through town. You'll find a cozy café with a generous patio, two light-filled art spaces hosting classes and open studio hours where you can drop in and create alongside others, and a fully equipped pottery studio with wheels and slab-building tables open to makers of every skill level.
