Got a sweet tooth?
Today I was looking back at a post I wrote on May 7th letting you all know that I was now up to 1.5 miles after not being able to run for 10 weeks due to a broken toe. Today, 5 months later my long run goes for 11 miles. I allowed my body the proper time to heal, and I gradually built my running back up. Be good to your body, and it will be good to you. Live FIT!!!

Does it get any simpler then this!!
Do not give up on your health!
I woke up this morning feeling really sad, missing my best friend who died a little over a year ago. I miss her everyday, but today was a lot sadder then most days. I planned my day out last night and I knew that I needed to workout first thing in the morning, but waking up with a sad heart made me want to skip today’s workout. One thing kept coming to my mind, and it’s the one thing I always tell my clients. “You can’t let life get in the way.” I started my workout with tears in my eyes and heaviness in my heart, but I got it done. Remember that life is going to come with its blows we just have to keep it moving and push through the pain. Live FIT!!!

Water Check In: How much water are you getting? The functions of water in human body are vital. The water:
Transports nutrients and oxygen into cells
Moisturizes the air in lungs
Helps with metabolism
Protects our vital organ
Helps our organs to absorb nutrients better
Regulates body temperature
Detoxifies
Protects and moisturizes our joints
It's been said a million times and it never gets old. You get out what you put in!!!!!!!!!! The body you desire is possible but you have to put in the work, in the gym and in the kitchen. Live FIT!!

Don't feel like you're depriving yourself when you eat fruits and vegetables, instead feel like you're treating yourself. Eat well, and Live FIT!!!!
Creating new habits
There are 3 major components to fitness. Strength Training to build lean muscle mass and strong bones, Cardiovascular Training to build a strong heart, to increase your endurance, and to burn fat, and finally Nutrition the component that ties it all together and makes it all worth it. Remember, YOU CAN’T OUT TRAIN A CRAPPY DIET!!!!!!

I posted back on May 7th that I was up to running 1.5 miles after not being able to run for 10 weeks. I'm now up to 5.25 miles and getting stronger and faster everyday. To the team at Operation FIT, patience and most importantly dedication will get the job done. Live fit!!!
It is a beautiful thing to take your body to physical limits you’ve never dreamed possible, but don’t neglect rest and recovery. The body needs time to repair and to rebuild. Proper amounts of time off will allow the body to recovery. Try cross-training, yoga, stretching, or just relaxing to give your joints and muscles a break. Live Fit!!!
