I have been looking forward to this wedding all year! Johana and I met many many years ago through a mutual friend and I always loved what a bright light she was-- not to mention a fashion queen!! Wow!!! Nice suit for a GREAT price!!! Delivery was fast as well. I wear a 42 in classic fit suits and 44 in slim fit. I ordered a 44 slim fit and it fit PERFECTLY!! The material is high quality, soft, and smooth. Will buy more from these guys for sure!!!

If I could leave negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would they were rude , Incompetent and completely unprofessional in Selden . This was the 2nd time that I tried to use them giving them the benefit of the doubt despite them screwing up tuxedo for my older son 5 yrs prior. 1st of they Kept the suit we bought for 2 weeks To do alterations I was told to pick it up for my son's prom on Monday the 14th. When we got there to pick it up at noon The alterations weren't even started. So we stuck around the area because we are not from Selden When we called at 3:00 p.m. they said it was done. 1st off my question is if they had the suit for 2 weeks why did it only take them 3 hours to do a rush job legs not tapered, waist sized too small, jacket not done . None of the alterations that we pointed out were done correctly Could it possibly be that they have sales associates doing a job meant for professional tailor . We asked to fix or correct the problem when he tried it on at the store before leaving the store the associate said oh I'm sorry she must have sized him wrong there's nothing we can do. Really !!!

Can someone please contact me regarding my order. Makes no sense how long I’ve been waiting without any communication. Thanks.

I have been dealing with the Patchogue store, never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional unorganized people. We went in for suits for our wedding that is September 14, a total of 10 suits. We did a package we were told that it included the suit, a shirt, belt, tie, pocket square and shoes. Our guys started going to get fitted and were told shoes not included and the tie was an upgrade fee, I spoke to Paul at corporate who gave us the ties we picked out (we were told the one we picked out was part of the package), the shoes hed give us for $59.99. As more of our guys went in they were told different prices of the shoes. One of our guys needed over $200 worth of alterations when he went to pick his suit up the alterations were horrible, the salesman told him dont take his jacket off(what?!!!!) i called Paul a week ago and was told id get a call back i still haven't ive called 3 times. On top of that the pocket squares we picked were never ordered i was told they would be ready last week for me to get, they still aren't in my wedding is in 7 days. I would never use this company ever again neither will my friends or family.
