Lead men will be in charge of working and making sure the pool is done correctly. Also will be in charge of his helpers. Lead men have to have at least 5 years aboveground pool installation experience or the drive and prove themselves. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work. The pay depends on the experience of you show us you can get the job done. Each crew will be three people looking for hard working helpers who also take pride and their work. My cousin and I will both be helping and we will know if you are telling the truth about experience in 10 minutes. Good pay begins in April.

We can install it the week it comes in, but we will end up being very busy, so if you order your pool from any company you will be out on the schedule right then. I work with a company familypoolfun.com and I will give you $300 to 450 off installation if you use them. These pools are the top of the line pools. Jay, my sales rep, can tell us when it will arrive. This keeps me from buying pools and having to make them up 40 percent like all other companies. It took me years to pick this company and get it where they pay me a percentage. This makes the pool company pay me instead of the customer. This is only possible because of the internet and coming up with new ways to run their business based online. Now days its all about these pool will last 25 or 30 years only having to replace the liner about ever eight years. Chance is doing really good again this year. He has yet to stick out this season and averages 4 outs a game. He made Lufkin 7u All-stars and they won hopefully he will make the 8u All-stars and win again
