🚀 We’re Hiring at STEM Tech!

We’re looking for a Part-Time STEM Instructor who enjoys working with kids and wants a fun, hands-on job teaching things like basic block coding, robotics, 3D Design/Printing, and more.

This could be a great fit for a college student looking for meaningful part-time work. Most hours are weekday evenings, with some weekday mornings and occasional Saturday mornings. Thursday morning availability is especially helpful!

Students also use platforms that allow them to continue building, experimenting, and improving their games from home!

Our Intermediate Coding Class is the perfect next step for students who have completed Basic Coding and are ready to prepare for Advanced Coding.

Students will strengthen their programming foundation while building fun, interactive games using Microsoft MakeCode Arcade and learning how to navigate real-world Node.js documentation—an important skill for every future programmer.

💻 Students will learn:
🎯 Computer literacy skills (typing, file management, navigation, keyboard shortcuts)
🎯 Programming fundamentals review (variables, conditionals, loops/control flow, and functions)
🎯 How to build small arcade-style games with MakeCode Arcade
🎯 How to read and use Node.js documentation like real developers
