👨‍🍳 Meet Chef Roderick Hollins, owner of Fresh Start Kitchen and instructor at South Plains College!
🍗 Specializing in Southern cuisine, Chef Roderick’s journey began when caring for his grandmother during her illness and cooking for the family pushed his cooking to the next level.
💡 Inspired by his grandmother and mother, he now pairs his passion for food with teaching the next generation of chefs.
