Secondly, don't forget the big 1 year anniversary Food Trucks For A Cause competition on Sunday, November 27, 2022, there will be several categories for the trucks to compete in and the special guest judges include Pete Christy and Kelsee Pitman and may include a few more special guest judges.

Lastly, if you can swing by the VA for breakfast or lunch, please do. Starting in December we will have the food truck out on December 1st, 8th, and 15th for Egg Rolls as the special of the day. We will be serving our breakfast egg rolls during these days.

I should have taken pictures of everything but I’m admittedly bad at remembering stuff like that until it’s to late.

Monday was our first official day of opening inside the VA Clinic and the outpouring of congratulations was amazing, we were extremely excited and appreciative of the support.

Tuesday we had our first visit from Mia White-Johnson of YaYa's Place.

Wednesday we had a very nice Facebook post from Tracy Cole, Writer which was very much appreciated! We also had a visit from Kerry Mayfield of Tierras Planas Roasters explaining the fine art of coffee making.

Today Ashley Zubia of Llano Cubano stopped by to eat breakfast and volunteered to take on the monumental task of decorating our space to make us look better. We really appreciate you volunteering and can’t wait to see the finished results.

We have had amazing support our first few days and appreciate everyone’s patience as we learn the ropes in our new place.
