The service department (Mr. Eric Hoffman) is great - they sort out all my issues quickly and just about the same price as a mechanic (for my 1996 LX).

Mark in sales was patient while I was deciding on adding a 4x4 for the Business.

And lastly...

Chief Receptionist Virginia lets me take as many cookies and sodas I can carry, as well. No fuss, no dirty looks like other Lexus Dealerships... She’s the best!

Great dealership, I didn’t buy my ES350 there, but my next Lexus will be purchased at this Dealership.

Took my new-to-me 1996 LX 450 over to Lexus of Rockford for a ‘pre-purchase’ inspection. As always, the Service Department went above and beyond with the inspection. I walked out with a small detailed list of tasks for the restoration. They even corrected some issues through the inspection.

Eric H. took a lot of time going over the list. Can’t wait for LofR to work on this truck again! Top notch!
