FlossPoint
Movement-based tissue loading system for restrictions that appear under training demand. Directional shear at tissue interfaces during movement.
Not compression at rest. Founded by Dr. Kyle Bowling Using our new and innovative approach to treating soft tissue, The CTM Band increases flexibility and athletic performance, while decreasing muscle soreness and pain (patent pending).
Plantar fasciitis or foot pain that won't respond to rest, stretching, or rolling?
That's often a tissue remodeling problem, not an inflammation problem.
Degenerated fascial tissue doesn't heal with rest β it needs mechanical load to stimulate the remodeling process. The question is how to apply that load intelligently without making it worse.
FlossPoint applies focal compression via ShearPoints during movement β creating directional shear at the tissue interface while it's being asked to work. That's the mechanical input that drives the remodeling response.
Load is the treatment. The tool determines how precisely you apply it.

Quad restriction showing up during loaded knee flexionβ step-ups, split squats, terminal knee extension?
Thatβs a tissue interface problem.
The ultrasound shows whatβs actually happening when FlossPoint is applied during movement. Directional shear at the tissue interfaces where restriction lives β not compression at rest.

Over 5 years and thousands of CTM Bands. Every failure point documented.
Result: FlossPoint
Looks similar? That's intentional. The mechanism worksβwe don't fix what isn't broken.
What changed:
- 3x more durable band material (lasted 20-30 uses, now 60-90)
- Denser ShearPoints (better engagement, longer life)
- Improved attachment (stays secure during loaded patterns)
The visual evolution is subtle. The performance evolution isn't.
If you used CTM Band, you already know directional shear works. FlossPoint is that system built for athletes who train hard enough to break things.
This page is now FlossPoint.
Ships March 2026.

π π π π π 5 star review from Mark Moyou: Unique spin on compression release for trigger points
I bought this product to relieve some nasty tight quads, peroneus and tibialis muscles. The product works well but you have to keep at it. The band is very high quality and the k***s are dense and easy to put on. I have tried manually doing the ball and strap thing to get the same effect but at the price point this is completely worth it. If you workout you will always get tight muscles, this will keep you recovered. Have gotten good relief on ankle and quad injuries.

Voodoo floss on steroids. It worth much more than the $30 something that I paid for it.
If you or your clients donβt have a high pain tolerance or simply donβt care for recovery this isnβt for you. If thatβs not the case pull the trigger.
I donβt really but stuff off IG. Iβm happy I made the exception.
