Dr. Juniper "Junie" Motorcycle, Ph.D was born on October 31, 2009. After being surrendered TWICE, Junie found her forever home in West Hollywood, California. In October 2013 Junie was diagnosed with calicivirus, a painful oral and respiratory disease that is spread easily amongst animals in shelters. Although she received the best treatment she possibly could, she started to go into Feline Hepatic

Sweet Doctor Motorcycle had a fantastic checkup today at Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital! Her kidney values actually improved and she’s back down to Stage 2 CKD. Her liver mass has grown slightly but is benign and her doctor said it’s common and nothing to worry about. She’s still diabetic and receives insulin twice daily, but it’s under control and overall she’s very healthy and happy. Here she is demonstrating how to ski, another previously unknown talent. Amazing kitty!

Today is Doctor Motorcycle’s 16th birthday and she definitely received a lot of treats! This wonderful little girl is doing great, full of mischief and love. Every day with her is a celebration. 🩷🩷🩷
