Our Hummus is freshly made on a daily basis . Our Hummus comes with your choice of cooked and flavored garbanzo beans, Java beans ( Ful ), Tahini, flavored mushrooms or Sh'aksukha (our home made spicy tomato sauce with a cooked egg on top).
