Did you know that one of our projects made catalog?!? We chose this permeable paver as a greener building/design choice. Helping to get some of that water back into the earth and reduce the strain on the streets/local rivers and oceans.
We are committed to the planet and we are happy to work with vendors that help us make it look good for our projects.

Covid has given us all a lot of time at home - and w being home come all those ideas of realizing the next project(s).
Here are some conceptual 3D renderings of a project just about to break ground. as usual, we look forward to sharing the progress and the results.

A Malibu project from a couple years ago. The grass was all there, but we carved it up a bit, adding a beautiful palapa near the lower pool/spa and a path that crossed the super large property. They entertain a lot and use the path for both golf carts and banquet tables! Oh ya, the raised bed for nearly every veggie we can grow here, including the loofah sponge!! Did I mention the bees, pigs and chickens? What a fun project!

Our custom herringbone laminate floor really became the focal point of this lobby, but ya can’t miss the little accents either, like the purple recessed cove lighting. (The doctor’s favorite color is purple!)
