Our Story

Central City Neighborhood Partners (CCNP) is a non-profit collaborative established in 1994 and incorporated in 2000 with the mission to foster economic development and create systemic change by developing collaborative partnerships and linking resources to improve the health and economic outcomes of low-income families living in the Westlake Community Planning Area of Los Angeles. With the mission of catalyzing partnerships to systemically address the multiple challenges facing vulnerable families, CCNP’s approach of a one-stop integrated service delivery model focused on streamlining the delivering of services, eliminating duplication efforts, and improving efficiency by bringing a cross sector of agencies under a 25,000 square foot facility to provide high-quality, coordinated and integrated education, workforce development and social service programs. Serving as the catalyst for the collaboration, CCNP brings over twenty years of demonstrated experience in leading successful collaborative projects and fifteen years providing a continuum of programs for low-income youth, individuals, families, and older adults through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding
