Our new Ramen “Shoyu Ramen🍜 “ Shoyu ramen is a Japanese noodle soup featuring a soy based broth made with our fish broth. It’s kind of like vegetarian ramen (“shoyu” means soy sauce in Japanese). The soy broth is typically clear, brown, and relatively light, yet rich in umami flavor. Topped with bamboo, green onions and crispy onions 😋 If you want to add protein you can add it🍜

Yes!! The first movie is produced independently by Shin-Sen-Gumi, and we cooperated in the production of the second one.
These movies are series of short films on the theme of regional revitalization, featuring local products, tourist destinations, and other regional attractions.
We will be screening a double feature of “Whale Island Tokunoshima” and “Tokunoshima, the Island of Bull-Sumo” which showcase the charms of Tokunoshima, a place overflowing with nature and kindness and the hometown of Mitsuyasu Shigeta, founder of Shin-Sen-Gumi Restaurant Group.
Experience the charms of Tokunoshima, a small island with a population of about 20,000 that does not appear on world maps and has been selected as a World Natural Heritage Site.

Furusato Movie Festival・Tokunoshima - This is a series of short films on the theme of regional revitalization, featuring local products, tourist destinations, and other regional attractions.
