Being a mother is the wildest ride I’ve been on, especially now being 40 weeks pregnant on Mother’s Day! I’ve experienced a lot in life and business that I am thankful for - things which taught me a lot (the hard way) and things that have made me proud but motherhood is the most all-encompassing of a beautiful challenge.

Dreaming, Learning and Knowing who you are as a Mother brings a whole new level to self awareness. I am excited to embark on the journey of mother of 2… any day/week now?????

38 weeks this weekend!

Maternity photos can be so many things and we had fun just staying super casual with this set up. A drop cloth on the floor, cork board backdrop and denim and tees for outfits!

Just landed in week 37 of my pregnancy with baby number 2 and had to get creative and weird with some fun pics with which you can see all the behind the scenes and more fun set up’s we did in today’s video! YT link in bio 👆

I love thinking outside the box even with things like maternity pics so we went for an “in her studio” vibe since I have certainly been staying creative and painting and designing during this pregnancy.

I love to have these as memories and moments to share with Mars too.

Truly I am prioritizing comfort so much more during this pregnancy. I only wear comfortable shoes like Birkenstocks and nothing constrictive so my body can move and breathe!

When I was pregnant with Moon I was wearing heels or platforms a lot and I definitely paid the price with body soreness and misalignment.

Being 41 and pregnant with kid number two I think I’m wiser and know that comfort can still be cute without sacrificing wellbeing.

Happy holidays to you all!!! We made DIY crowns for a last minute holiday photo session! I didn’t want to miss out on capturing this precious moment in time while I’m pregnant and Moon is 5. Thank you for always coming through for my weird photo shoot requests!

I asked Moon how we should style the photos and he said he wanted crowns so he could be a Prince, I could be the Queen and could be the King… so some random doo dads, hot glue and gold spray paint later and we have ourselves some fun and creatively weird holiday photos!
