HAPPY TALES CHILI! We have a very happy adoption of one of our long time rescue kitties, Chili. He was rescued 4 years ago from an apartment in the skid row area where the owner was in a mental health crisis. The apartment was covered with trash and human f***s. The renter was provided with mental health services they needed and Chili was relinquished to FFL.

Chili has lived a happy life with his foster mama over the last few years until she reached out seeking to make it official. We are so happy for this Foster WIN!

Hi all! We are completely out of funds. Because we aren't actively rescuing, donations don't come to the rescue except the monthly patreon (thank you!!) that helps us pay for Calliope's meds every month. However, we still have outstanding bills for cats still in the rescue that haven't found homes (Emi, Ella, etc) and kitties that need to go to the vet (Sesame, Mochi, Calliope). EMERGENCY DONATIONS NEEDED:

Ella, one of the long term kitties in the rescue was found unable to walk, peeing on herself, wobbling etc when her Foster came home from work.

She's been taken to the ER for emergency stabilization, testing etc.

Ella came to us at just 10 months old, pregnant, lost her entire litter during childbirth, and hasn't been able to find a forever home in 4+ years. She's a bit sassy but we love her for it. Her foster adores her so much!

Happy Tales Seamus! Seamus came to us from a hoarding situation with Digiorno in Oregon. He has absolutely thrived in his Foster home and they chose to adopt him! We are so happy for this beautiful boy.

Happy Tales Nebula! This gorgeous girl has been adopted by her fosters! She joins a kitty and doggy friend in her home and we are so happy for her to have found her forever home.

Happy Tales Bella and Beau! This adorable pair from kuwait have been waiting for their forever home for a long while. They were a joint rescue effort between and I where we shared 1 kitty each but they were fostered in the same home (they are siblings). We are so happy they finally found a home together. Happy Tales Digiorno! This cutie pie was rescued from a hoarding situation in Oregon. He has really flourished in his Foster home and they chose to adopt him! We are so happy for him ❤️

Happy Tales Macaroni! Our sweet boy was adopted by his wonderful fosters! Swipe to see his rescue journey. Mac was originally surrendered as a newborn due to extreme twisted front legs. He underwent weeks of physical therapy followed by weeks of careful splinting. He has healed remarkably and found amazing friends in his adoptive home. We couldn't be happier for him.

Back in 2017, almost 6 years ago to the day, I found Wolfie and his siblings at my job in skid row in downtown LA. As many of you know, he nearly died and required years of specialized care. Never in my wildest dreams would I have known the impact his rescue would have on Friends for Life Rescue Network and the amount of lives we would be able to save due to the amazing donations and support we received from the cat & rescue community.

We would love to continue to rescue kitties like Wolfie who need our help.

Happy Tales Tumbleweed! We didn't get a chance to announce this earlier but Tumbleweed was adopted by his Foster mama a few weeks ago. We are so happy for him!

Oh em gee guys! In just 3 weeks we have some kitties coming to Oregon from kuwait! These guys have been waiting MONTHS for the opportunity to make a flight to the US. We already fundraised the cost for Olive, Minnie, and Confetti but we need to fundraise for the broker fee ($360) to get them cleared into the US!
