Braised short rib bowl aka Galbi-jjim bowl is back as a hidden menu. Only available at our EaHo location.

On September 30th, our restaurant was burglarized, amounting to about $7000 in damages. The burglar not only took the cash register that had about $3300 of cash inside, but also shattered the glass of the restaurant door and damaged the iron bars in front of the building.

We have been working tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, but this incident last week was particularly devastating.

Inspired by our enjoyment of goldongmyeon, a traditional Korean cold noodle dish, this month we’re making Green Green Bird:

Green tea soba noodles topped with organic shredded chicken breast, mixed greens, pickled cucumber & heirloom tomatoes, perilla leaves, mint, dill, drizzled with a yuzu/soy/wasabi dressing. @ Bbq + rice

Another version of KFC(aka Korean Fried chicken 🐔). It’s inspired by Uiseong Garlic 🧄 Chicken 🐓 famous in Uiseong county in south Korea.
