I officially started this company when I was 19—fresh out of high school, still trying to figure out what and who I wanted to be in this life.

Cooking was always my escape. It embodies the values I’ve always stood on: nourishment, togetherness, boldness, and innovativeness—the perfect introduction to who we are as people.

The answer became obvious: become a chef. Dedicate my life to cooking and to the power of what food can create.

Whether it’s for special events, cravings that need satisfying, or setting the vibe, cooking called out to me—and I answered.

Growing up, so many cultures influenced my palate. Whether it was the people I grew up with or the foods they were raised on, I learned that this universal language of food is truly a privilege to understand.

That’s me—one of the chefs in the group. Starting young, I quickly saw how food could bring people together. It didn’t matter who you were or what you were into; food became the icebreaker for so many friendships that I’ve built and will cherish for a lifetime.

Becoming a private chef allowed me to express who I am unapologetically.

And that’s a bold, big-loving motherf***er.
