As a company, Shalena Smith Interiors is actively planning how we can best serve and support those affected by the devastation. Personally, I’ve been praying, donating, and working alongside family, friends, and clients who have lost everything. The weight of it all is overwhelming, and my heart breaks as I cry out to God for help. 💔

These are some resources and steps shared by that I hope can provide some guidance during this time. It feels so unfair that those who’ve lost everything are forced to navigate these processes under such a state of emergency and mental anguish.

About Us
Shalena Smith Interiors is a dynamic design studio specializing in creating beautiful, functional spaces. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with retail sales activities while supporting our interior design projects, contributing to both client-facing interactions and design development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with retail sales, providing excellent product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Support interior design projects from concept to completion, working closely with the lead designer.
- Use SketchUp and AutoCAD to create design plans, layouts, and visualizations.
- Organize and maintain design materials, sample libraries, and project files.
- Help coordinate client meetings, site visits, and product installations.
- Ensure smooth project ex*****on by supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is required.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of creativity and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
