🛠️Customer of the Week: Andrew Garza 🛠️

Andrew has been in the oil & gas industry for 11 years now. He spent the first part of his career doing recertification work before moving over to the completions and drilling side, where he's spent the last 6 years. These days, he's working as a Pressure Control, Torque & Test Operator.

When he's not at work, you'll usually find him spending time with his daughter and brothers, watching sports, or playing a few games.

Around here, Andrew is known as the owner's second best friend (Seth, you're still holding onto the #1 spot ). We're thankful for his support and proud to have hardworking folks like him representing the Iron Patch family.

🚨 Shipping Update for Iron Patch Hat Co. Customers 🚨

We’ve recently discovered an issue affecting some orders where tracking information is incorrectly showing packages as “Delivered” before they’ve actually shipped.

After several customers reached out, we began investigating and found that this appears to be a tracking issue between our shipping system and USPS and not an issue with your actual order.

If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
✅ Your order has NOT been lost.
✅ Your order has NOT been delivered to someone else.
✅ We’re actively working to get the issue resolved.

We’re currently in contact with our shipping provider to determine exactly what’s causing the problem and how to prevent it moving forward.

As a small family owned business, the last thing we want is confusion or concern about your order. We take every order seriously and will always be transparent when something isn’t right.

If your tracking information looks incorrect, please send us a message and we’ll personally verify the status of your order.
