Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a dynamic and effective national student organization that helps young men and women become leaders and address important personal, family, work and societal issues through Family and Consumer Sciences Education as determined by the state department of education. FCCLA has 200,000 members and more than 5,500 chapters from 50 state associations, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The organization has involved more than 10 million people since its founding in 1945.

FCCLA: The Ultimate Leadership Experience is unique among youth organizations because its programs are planned and run by members. It is the only career and technical in-school student organization with family as its central focus. Participation in national programs and chapter activities helps members become strong leaders in their families, careers and communities.

Attention all Toledo FCCLA members! Community House Service Day is today in Longview! That means get ready to prepare some great lunches and bring all of that positive energy! Meet at Toledo High School, vans leave at 10:00 AM. We come back around 3 PM. Let's get our Community Service on!

Your 2014-2015 Washington Sate Officers welcome you to a new school year! Nationals in San Antonio, TX were great, but now it's time to prepare for Washington D.C. Be sure to like and follow our page for more details. Have a great remaining summer! We'll see you soon.

FCCLA members- There is a meeting in Mrs. Ketchum's room this Thursday at 1:30 to pick up tickets for the FCCLA breakfast on September 6th.
