The 2015 "40-Day Challenge" starts on Jan. 1 and ends on Feb. 9. What will you give up for 40 days? We encourage you to give up some bad habits for the 40 days.
Perhaps you will give up alcohol, fried foods, pizza, chocolate, sweets, or something else that you struggle with. Maybe you'll add something every day for the 40 days, like 10 pushups, a walk around the block, a two-mile run, a daily poem, a note of encouragement to someone each day on Facebook.
