Lockport Porter Baseball

As the 2026 season has come to an end, the the Porter Baseball coaching staff would like to thank this year’s seniors for being a truly special group of young men to work with. These 13 players represented Porter Baseball in the best way possible, and we have been so fortunate to spend the last four years with them. This group has seen great success, with many of them being a part of 3 Regional Championships, a DISW Tournament Championship, a SWSC title, and much more. Thank you as well to all of these players’ families, friends, and everyone who has supported them and Lockport Porter Baseball.

Stay tuned over the next couple of weeks as we will recognize many of our team and individual accomplishments from the 2026 season!

Lockport (25-13) falls in the sectional semis to Downers Grove North. The Porters battled back, but couldn’t finish the job in the end. With this loss, the 2026 Porter Baseball season has come to an end.

Congratulations to our seniors on their graduation! Saturday was a pretty great day for the Class of 2026 Porter Baseball players. Can’t wait to get back to work with these dudes and the rest of the squad next week!

The Lockport Porters are 2026 IHSA Regional Champions! We will advance to the Lockport Sectional, and will square off against Downers Grove North on Wednesday, 6/3 at 4:00 pm. Make your plans now to pack Flink!!!

Lockport (25-12) takes home the regional championship! Frank Covelli was the hero, hitting a HR and driving in 3. Drew Satunas also hit a HR, and Kaden O’Leary and David Kundrat both had big hits as well. Trace Schaaf delivered a strong start, and Austin Winge shut the door on the mound.
