NEW MICROSOFT SCAM ALERT!! DO NOT give anyone access to your computer via remote connection. They are using new tricks. They are downloading a program that keeps connecting back to them, and it runs on its own in the background. I only found this out when I disconnected a client's laptop from Wi-Fi days after the hack. It said "host disconnected remote connection". It keeps trying to connect. If you have let someone on to your device recently, YOU COULD BE AFFECTED! Be safe folks!
