Those sky colors in Lockport last night were fantastic! The “Flight of Five” lock system here was one of the most complicated spots on the canal to engineer but doing so helped secure this little city’s future fate as a great place on the canal to explore (and get ice cream).

Over the weekend I revisited Panama Rocks Scenic Park to see if the experience held up from my childhood memories. Turns out, it's just as magical as it was when I was a kid! If you don't know about this spot in Western New York, it's time you discovered it. Hit the link to learn it all!
