Since February, we have been reading the Gospel according to Matthew. Imagine reading the story of Jesus through the eyes of someone who truly believed he was unacceptable to God because he was unacceptable to his people! Yet, God gathers all people hoping they would know His love and their purpose.
We have been intentionally slow reading every word more than once, and would you believe every word has spoken to each of us in a very personal way? If you've never taken it slow, come join us on Friday evenings - we are only halfway and would love to share the rest of the journey with you.

No one was meant to walk through this world alone. We invite you to join us for this simple evening seeking God, together.

Have you ever wondered what happens before Easter? Why would God send His only Son to save you or me? Is eternal life "all" that we get out of it? We encourage you to explore the journey of Peter, a disciple of Jesus who knew he wanted more but wasn't quite sure what that would look like. We ask these and many other questions together, as we engage in "The Journey," a 40-day/40-night conversation with Jesus beginning February 22, 2023.

These blessing (Matthew 5:1-11) are available to everyone, but they are not for us to strive for in our own strength and doing. We are blessed when we seek and lean on the Father, Son, and Spirit for these things a divine strategy for transforming human flesh into eternal love!

This isn't about religion, it's about a relationship with the One who creates, gives, and loves perfectly, connecting us to both perfection and purpose. We may tell ourselves we don't need God or even believe in God. We may tell ourselves we can fill that love gap in a multitude of ways - and we can. However, that place in our heart will continue to be restless until we see and experience God for ourselves. Let us never stop seeking and in turn He will never stop showing. I pray this year, all hearts to be filled by the undeniable presence, power, and love of God - so no longer we would seek such affections from people or things unable to fill us.
