Picture two coaches with the exact same knowledge. π
Same understanding of sport psychology. Same grasp of mental performance principles. Same ability to help an athlete build confidence and perform under pressure.
One of them is struggling to find clients and barely covering expenses. The other is fully booked with a waitlist and steady income every single month.
Same knowledge. Completely different outcomes.
What is the difference?
It is never the knowledge itself. Knowledge does not show up differently in two people who both genuinely have it. The difference is what surrounds that knowledge.
One coach has a system. A clear way to package their expertise into an offer people understand and want. A repeatable process for getting in front of the right prospects. A pricing structure that reflects real value instead of guesswork. A way to close clients with confidence instead of crossing their fingers.
The other coach has the same expertise sitting there with nothing built around it to turn that expertise into income.
This is the part of the business that gets overlooked constantly. Coaches assume that if their knowledge is strong enough, the business will eventually follow. It rarely does. Knowledge does not market itself. It does not price itself. It does not close itself.
A system does all of that.
That is the entire value of what MPC provides. You are not lacking the knowledge to help athletes. You are lacking the system that turns that knowledge into a functioning, profitable business. π§ πΌ
Your expertise deserves better than sitting underused because the infrastructure around it was never built.
Pair your knowledge with the right system and watch what changes.

Welcome to the Mental Performance Center, Coach Eric Stang. π
Eric brings 20 plus years of basketball experience that covers just about every level the game has to offer.
College basketball across all divisions. International professional basketball. Elite high school programs. Athlete development environments. His background is not narrow. It is built wide and deep, the kind of experience that gives you a complete picture of what it actually takes to develop an athlete over the long term.
As the former Head of North American Basketball for InStat Scouting Solutions, Eric worked directly with coaches, scouts, and general managers at both the college and professional levels, helping grow the regional basketball business. That is not just a coaching background. That is a business and performance background combined.
Beyond the scouting and evaluation work, Eric has spent a significant part of his career as an athlete advisor, helping athletes, families, and programs navigate recruiting, player development, and long-term athletic pathways. He understands what athletes are up against at every stage and knows how to help them make informed decisions about their future.
That combination of technical knowledge, business experience, and genuine investment in athlete development is exactly what MPC is built around.
We are glad to have him in the community.
Welcome, Coach Stang. π

The Coaches Winning In This Space Have One Thing You Don't. A Proven System.
Scroll through any mental performance coach's content long enough and you start to notice a pattern. π
The ones who are actually winning. Full calendars. Real clients. Growing reputation in their market. They are not posting more than everyone else. They are not necessarily more talented than everyone else. They do not even always have the most experience.
But they all share one thing that the struggling coaches do not.
A system that removes the guesswork from every part of the business.
Think about what that actually means in practice. When a prospect reaches out, they know exactly what to say. When it is time to deliver a session, they know exactly what to cover. When revenue dips for a week, they know exactly which lever to pull because the system tells them. When it is time to grow, they are not improvising. They are executing a playbook that has already worked for other coaches in other markets.
That certainty is the entire difference.
The coaches without a system are reacting. Hoping the right client finds them. Hoping the content lands. Hoping this month is better than last month. Living one unpredictable cycle at a time.
The coaches with a system are operating. Executing. Building. Their business looks less like an emotional rollercoaster and more like a machine that runs whether they feel inspired on a given day or not.
That is not a small difference. That is the entire gap between coaches who stay stuck and coaches who scale. π§ πΌ
MPC was built to put that exact system in your hands. Proven methodology. Proven client acquisition. Proven brand. Proven roadmap.
Everything that separates the coaches winning right now from everyone still hoping to win eventually.

Welcome to the Mental Performance Center, Coach Adriel Hansbro. π
Adriel comes to MPC with a clear sense of purpose.
A standout multi-sport athlete in high school, competing in baseball, basketball, and football before taking his game to the collegiate level at Northern Illinois University.
He knows what it takes to compete. He also knows what it takes to fall short, get back up, and keep going.
That experience is the foundation of everything he does as a coach.
For over 20 years, Adriel has been in the trenches of varsity football, student-athlete development, and multi-sport youth coaching. Not just teaching the game but investing in the people playing it. Drawing from his own experiences and his own failures to help young athletes navigate the challenges that come with competing, growing up, and figuring out who they are.
That is not a coaching philosophy pulled from a textbook. That is a life lived in service to young people.
Adriel is driven by a vision to lead, teach, and mentor. MPC gives him the proven system to take that vision further than ever before.
We are glad to have him in the community.
Welcome, Coach Hansbro. π

Here is a conversation most certification programs never want to have with you. π
What happens after you pass?
The certificate looks great on the wall. The credential adds a line to your bio. The knowledge you gained is real.
But Monday morning still comes. And Monday morning does not care about your certificate. It wants to know where your next client is coming from. What you are going to charge them. How you are going to find them. And what system you are going to use to close them when you do.
Most certifications have absolutely nothing to say about any of that.
And that silence is expensive.
It costs coaches months of spinning their wheels on the business side after already investing time and money getting trained. It costs them confidence when clients do not come as easily as expected. It costs them market position while they are still figuring out how to show up professionally.
Ready to coach is not the same as ready to earn. That distinction matters more than the industry admits.
The MPC model was built with this gap at the center of everything.
The certification trains you to deliver elite mental performance coaching grounded in real neuroscience and sport psychology.
The license gives you the brand, the system, the marketing framework, and the client acquisition infrastructure to get paid doing it consistently.
One without the other is half a solution. MPC gives you both. π§ πΌ
Because coaches who are still standing six months from now have a business model underneath them that actually works.

Look at this group and tell me you don't see yourself in it. π
Former NFL players. Division I head coaches. MLB coaches/scouts. Military veterans. Law enforcement and SWAT professionals. Hall of Fame athletes. Corporate executives. Psychologists. Biomechanics specialists. Collegiate coaches. Defensive coordinators. Track coaches. Tennis coaches. Hockey coaches. Basketball coaches. Life coaches. Breath work facilitators. Youth sports coaches, and more. People who have dedicated their lives to making athletes better.
Different sports. Different backgrounds. Different journeys.
One standard.
What every single person in this photo understands is this. Physical training alone is not enough. The gap between an athlete's potential and their actual performance lives in the mind. And the coaches who learn to close that gap consistently are the ones building practices worth owning.
That is the work we do at MPC.
Here is what makes this community different from anything else in the coaching space.
You do not need to walk away from your current career to start. These coaches built part time. On their schedule. From their market. Using a done for you system with a proven framework and a brand that gave them instant credibility.
Two to four clients puts you in profit. Everything after that is growth.
What you bring is the experience, the passion, and the genuine desire to serve athletes at a higher level.
MPC brings everything else. π§ πΌ
The coaches in this photo stopped waiting and started building. Some came in full time. Some started on the side. All of them are making a real impact.
The question is not whether this works.
The question is whether you are ready to be in the next photo. πΈ

Welcome to the Mental Performance Center, Coach Danny Acosta. π
Danny's relationship with baseball started in Puerto Rico as a kid, sitting in the stands at every game and practice his father coached. That love for the game never left. It just grew into something bigger.
Thirty plus years bigger.
Danny has spent his career at every level of the game. Playing club ball through Class A, AA, and AAA in Puerto Rico before an injury ended his playing career and immediately started his coaching one. He advanced quickly, moving from youth baseball to pitching coach at the AA level to head coach in less than two years.
From there the resume speaks for itself.
Scout for the Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, and San Francisco Giants. Hitting coach for the Daytona Cubs, a Chicago Cubs affiliate. Associate Head Coach at the collegiate level. And currently NCAA Division I Head Baseball Coach at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he has rebuilt program culture, managed full domestic and international recruiting cycles, and overseen the academic development of every athlete in the program.
He also holds a Master's in Psychology and a Master's in Sports Coaching and currently teaches undergraduate Psychology at Iowa Lakes Community College, integrating mental performance directly into his instruction.
Danny does not just coach baseball. He develops people. And now he has the MPC system to take that work even further.
We are glad to have him in the community.
Welcome, Coach Acosta. π

Let's talk about the ceiling that guesswork builds for you. π
Because it is real. And most coaches hit it without ever realizing what put it there.
You land a client through a conversation that went well. You are not sure exactly why it worked but it did. You deliver solid sessions using an approach you pieced together from different things you have learned. You get a referral occasionally. Income comes in but never quite consistently.
And every month feels like starting over.
That is guesswork in action. And the problem with guesswork is not that it never works. It is that it never works the same way twice.
You cannot scale something you cannot repeat. You cannot grow something that depends entirely on the right conversation happening at the right time with the right person. You cannot build a real business on a foundation that shifts every single month.
Scaling requires systems. Not better guesses.
A system for delivering coaching that produces the same quality of results regardless of which client you are working with. A system for generating leads that does not depend on who you happened to run into this week. A system for closing clients that works because the process is right not because the conversation got lucky.
When every piece of your business runs on a proven repeatable system the ceiling disappears.
Revenue becomes predictable. Growth becomes intentional. And the energy you used to spend figuring out what to do next gets redirected into actually doing the work you built this business to do. π§ πΌ
That is what MPC gives every licensed coach from day one. Not more things to guess at. A complete system to execute inside of.
Guesswork got you this far. A system will take you the rest of the way.

Welcome to the Mental Performance Center, Coach Dimitri Gauquier. π
Dimitri brings a perspective to this work that is genuinely unique.
Born and raised in Belgium, he built a 30 plus year corporate career in the United States, rising to senior leadership before making a deliberate shift toward coaching and mentoring. He is currently part of the University of South Florida Mentorship Program and several professional mentorship organizations focused on developing and supporting people who want to grow.
His focus at MPC is Tennis.
A childhood passion that never left. And now a mission driven by something personal. Dimitri's son is currently training at a world renowned tennis academy, and through his own time on court training athletes, he identified a gap that he could not ignore. Tennis players at every level are physically trained and mentally underprepared. That gap is exactly what brought him to MPC.
He now has the system to close it.
Dimitri splits his time between Tampa Bay, Florida and Faro, Portugal, where he enjoys life with his wife Priscila and their two children Aria and Maxime.
We are glad to have him in the MPC community.
Welcome, Coach Gauquier. π
