With Christmas being right around the corner, we have seen an increase in requests for cutting boards. It seems they are very popular this year. We finished this one last night and it’s heading to its new home later today. If you’re looking for a handmade Christmas gift, it’s not too late!

At the beginning of the COVID pandemic we started working on 2 sets of these walnut bunk beds. These were probably one of the hardest builds we have taken on. We tried to approach this in a way that made these very solid, but also could stand on there own as a twin bed without being obviously part of a bunk bed. We landed on this design and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. So pumped to have this one complete, but as always, it’s bitter sweet to see it go.

This is how we start to decorate for Fall in the South when it’s still warm enough for your ferns to thrive. 🤣 Candy corn plant stakes available. DM us for more info!

We’re playing around with a new cutting board design. I think this one is a bit cheesy.

I have a friend that is making a table and asked me to help him with the legs. I’ve always looked at shaped legs and wanted to make them. The challenge of getting the shape right and having all the sides match up. This is the proof of concept leg made out of cypress. I’m about to make 4 of these out of walnut. I love the way this turned out and I can’t wait to see how the 4 legs look when made out of walnut.

One of the best parts of a table build is when it’s all complete. I really enjoyed making this table and set of matching benches. Every time a table is delivered I get excited thinking about how many meals will be had and the amount of memories that will be created. @ Little Rock, Arkansas

I realized today it’s been a while since I last posted. Check out this bench leg I’m building right now. This joint is called a castle joint and is one of the hardest cuts I’ve made. All 4 of the legs have this same joint. Can’t wait to see what this looks like when finished. @ Little Rock, Arkansas
