Built a 16 channel split snake that connects via ether con to my x32r.
This versatile split snake gives me an option to provide to my band and possibly yours, to connect to 2 separate systems.
Let’s say I’m running the main pa and you have an iem rig. Your band would connect to my split snake then to your board via my 25ft snake out the back. I connect my board via Ethernet and we have 2 separate mixes. What you do on your system doesn’t affect me and vice versa.
Nice extra piece of gear to have.
This also allows me to provide an iem rig close to the band on stage and place this box where ever the FOH needs it to connect to their system.

Gigs from yesterday!
Morning started off at 7am heading to the Dallas Flight Museum to provide sound for the DREM lunch in meeting, with about 400 people in attendance. The KV2 Audio EX12 tops paired with QSC k12.2s on the outside as support definitely did their job providing clear sound all the way at the back of the room! Subs were used for the music the played before and after and during the video presentation.

Left there around 2pm and my beautiful wife met me at the venue to take the truck and trailer full of gear back to the house and I hoped in her car to run to Cattlemens Steak House to run sound on this amazing PA multi zone system using the Yamaha DM3 over Dante for Claire and the Tell Runyan Trio.

Long day! But clients are happy and that’s what I strive for every gig!

Heading to the Dallas County Club tonight to run a band for a wedding reception tonight with my full PA!
