Oh lordy, I love snakes, but I still scream like a child when I almost step on one.

Spoiler alert! I am making dreams come true! For the past 30 years, dreams of Hawaii have floated through my mind. In December of this year I will turn 49, which puts me in my 50th year of life. To celebrate this milestone, I officially booked my first trip to Maui in the Spring of 2027. Cheers to making dreams come true!

Bird nerd!

Am I the only person who takes a vacation day from my normal 8-5 in order to work at my side hustle? I recenlty expanded my services to include native eco design and install. Physically this feels like work, but mentally this is therapy for me. I love digging in the dirt, I love installing native plants, and I love doing all this while the Baltimore Orioles are singing to me.

A beautiful weekend of gardening and enjoying the peace and solitude of nature while observing the late spring blooms of pagoda dogwood and anemome. These are the moments that help me find my calm in this crazy world.

My babies love these warm sunny days with the windows open.

Some very interesting bird activity at The Robb Wilds this morning. Converting my property to native species has greatly increased the bird diversity.
