Dear Instructors, Coaches, Parents and Athletes,

Like all of you, we have been monitoring the COVID19 impact in our area and state. The Ohio Governor has now closed schools, restaurants, and events over 100 people. After much deliberation about postponing the Ohio National Qualifier, we have decided to cancel the event. During this rapidly changing time, the safety of the athletes and their families is most important.

We have contacted Uventex to issue refunds for registration and spectator fees that were purchased.

We thank you and send best wishes to you and your families. We hope to have everyone back safe and healthy next year!

We would like to thank all of the volunteers, referees, and athletes that participated in the Ohio National Qualifier. Special thank you to Sensei Michael McKenzie for overseeing the event. Two days until the Ohio National Qualifier! We are excited to welcome 200 athletes from 11 states. Referee Certification Course led by Sensei & WKF Referee Michael McKenzie will be held on Friday, 5:30-8:30 at 6703 Yankee Road, Liberty Township Ohio. Registration for the course will be taken at door. Saturday, doors open and athlete check-in begins at 8:00 a.m, Registration closes at 9:00a.m. and tournament begins at 10:00a.m. Staging times have been posted on www.myuventex.com.
