Independence Day Holiday Closure!

In observance of Independence Day, our clinic will be closed beginning Friday, July 3rd and will reopen on Monday, July 6th, with normal business hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

To avoid any interruption in your pet’s care, please make arrangements for medication refills, prescription diets, and upcoming appointments before our closure.

☀️ Welcome, Summer! ☀️

Our staff pets are soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the great outdoors today. From paws to scales, everyone's celebrating the first day of summer. How are your pets spending the day?

This duck's name is Goose, and she recently waddled into our clinic with a big problem.

Goose came to us egg-bound, meaning she was unable to pass an egg on her own. Her radiographs revealed the cause of her discomfort, and with the help of Dr. Combs and our veterinary team, she successfully passed the egg.

We're always grateful for the opportunity to help pets of all shapes, sizes, and species feel better! 🦆

Hazel visited us yesterday after her family noticed a lump under her chin. Upon examination, we found that it was an abscess. After draining and cleaning the area, Hazel headed home with medication and plenty of recovery wishes from our team. 💛

We welcomed our very first exotic patient at Lakeside yesterday! 💚🦎

Taze the leopard gecko came in with some stubborn stuck shed, and Shelby, Kara, and Dr. Combs were able to get him cleaned up and feeling much more comfortable with a little gentle TLC.

While exotic pets aren’t new to Dr. Combs, we were so excited to welcome our first scaly patient to the practice. We can’t wait to meet more of your furry, feathered, and reptile friends!
