Join us for our next meeting! We will gather in the Vineyard Columbus Chapel next week, Monday, May 11 at 7pm for a screening of the movie, “The Good Lie.” The movie stars Reese Witherspoon and tells the story of a group of Sudanese refugees given the chance to resettle in America. They arrive in Kansas City, Missouri, where their encounter with an employment agency counselor forever changes all of their lives. This movie is rated PG-13 for thematic elements, some violence, brief strong language and drug use. So, parents please use your judgment regarding the attendance of your children. Childcare will not be provided at this event. Here is the link to view the movie’s trailer: http://www.thegoodliemovie.com/tagged/videos
We will be partnering with another Vineyard Columbus ministry, the Vannie Project, for this event. The Vannie Project is an Urban Ministries Outreach at the Vineyard Community Center. The ministry makes fleece blankets and plarn sleeping mats for individuals in need. In loving memory of Vannie (Vanya Oni), an orphan from Vietnam, The Vannie Project collects loose change and bills and uses the funds to support ministry outreach projects. This spring’s donation will go to Promise House (Orphan Voice). Your donations of fleece (or fleece no-sew blanket kits), plastic bags and financial contributions are appreciated!

Love in Action: Tonight. Please forgive the short notice, but More4Oprhans has been invited to join Hope4EveryChild at Living Hope Church in Marysville (16701 Square Dr, Marysville, OH 43040) this evening, Monday, November 17 at 6:30pm, to stuff shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. See the Samaritan's Purse Web site for more details and great ideas on what to purchase and pack! Hope to see you there. Can't make it? Take a few moments and pray for those children who will receive shoe boxes this year - that they may know the saving love and grace of Jesus Christ for a lifetime!
Operation Christmas Child Operation Christmas Child® A small shoebox can have a big impact. What goes into the box is fun, but what comes out of it is eternal. Be a part of changing children's lives all over the world in Jesus' Name through the power of a simple gift with Operation Christmas Child.

October - Love in Action: Today is the day! We are following the Both Hands model - one for the widow and one for the orphan. Here is how it works...
Volunteers are assembling now to serve a widow in Westerville, OH. We will be cleaning out two deep freezers, weeding around her shed, replacing shingles on her shed, cleaning up flower beds/weeds, cleaning gutters, trimming trees/bushes, and filling in groundhog holes.
You can sponsor our work by making a financial contribution. 100% of funds raised will be donated to Asia's Hope and allocated toward the Prek Eng 6 Children's Home in Cambodia.
Between July 2012 and April 2014, Asia's Hope raised enough funds to purchase land and to finish the construction of a church, school and five homes on their beautiful Prek Eng campus. What once was an empty plot of land is now a vibrant neighborhood. After having purchased an adjoining plot of land just last month, they are now ready to build another home and rescue 25 more orphaned children — giving these kids what they need most, a place and a family to call
their own.
Please make checks payable to Asia's Hope and write More4Orphans in the memo line. Mail checks to Asia's Hope, PMB 185, 343 West Milltown Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
Stay tuned for event photos and fundraising updates! What does MORE look like in your life today?
