“Hi I’m Tatum Plas, I’m a junior majoring in Media Strategies. I started RADD to not only raise awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving but to also honor my best friend. Sarah Grace Dearmond was my sorority sister and best friend and she passed away due to being hit by a drunk and drugged driver. Getting RADD up and going has been a process and I wouldn’t be able to do it without the support of my family and friends. As the President of RADD I want to help create, communicate and implement our mission and help spread awareness to the Texas Tech community. I urge everyone to join Raiders Against Driving and help us create and long lasting legacy for Sarah Grace. I hope to see all of y’all at our next meeting!”
